Exchanges and Returns

CHICoração accepts exchanges and returns (returns are only valid for online purchases). In case the customer wishes to make an exchange, he/she must do so within 30 days of the date of receipt of the order. The product must be in perfect condition and be accompanied by the respective invoice. Please note that the cost of both shipping the returned product and shipping the new product must be borne by the customer. In the case of return (only valid for online purchases), the amount refunded to the customer will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy

To exercise your right of cancellation, the customer must communicate this intention within a maximum of 14 days after purchase. In case the shipment has already been made, you must return the product within the same period. The purchase amount will be refunded, however shipping costs must be borne by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to prove that he has made the return, so it is recommended to obtain a stamped receipt of the postal services.

 

Shipping

Shipping has variable costs, which depend on weight, dimensions, volume and destination of the order. This cost will be calculated before your order is finished. Deliveries within Portugal (Continental) and Spain will be made via DPD and Nacex. The normal delivery time is one business day (Portugal) or two working days (Spain) after the day of shipment. We do not ship PO Boxes and we do not ship for islands (Atlantic, Caribbean and others). For other destinations, shipments are made via DPD and FedEx, and delivery time varies depending on the country of destination. For customers residing outside the European Union, it should be noted that additional customs fees may be charged, which vary depending on the customs services of each country. CHICoração is not responsible for these fees.
